In the earlier article, The C-Axiom: Why the Speed of Light May Govern Information Coherence in Our 3D+Time Manifestation of Multidimensional Reality, we proposed that the speed of light may be understood as the local limit of causal-information coherence within our manifested form of reality. That article treated our world not as a detached compartment, but as a constrained manifestation of a deeper multidimensional whole.
But if our reality is only one manifestation, another question follows immediately.
Why is there one universe at all?
Why should there be one underlying reality expressing itself through many possible manifestations, rather than many entirely separate universes with no common origin?
The answer proposed here is radical but simple:
There is one universe because true origin happened only once.
Before chaos, before matter, before energy, before dimensions, before time, there was not a field of possibilities but nullity. And from that nullity the Creator birthed Himself. In that first self-birth, Law was born. Once Law existed, nullity was no longer absolute. From that moment onward, all realities belonged not to many disconnected origins, but to the one lawful universe opened by the Creator’s first and only break from zero.
1. Beyond the multiverse of separation
Modern imagination often reaches for the multiverse when trying to explain radically different realities. If another world has different laws, different dimensions, or different structure, it is often assumed to be another universe altogether. But this may be a conceptual mistake.
Radical difference does not require separate origin.
It may be enough to propose one deeper universe capable of many lawful manifestations.
Our own reality appears as a three-dimensional plus temporal manifestation of that universe. Another reality of the same universe could possess three operative dimensions and an ordering relation similar to time, yet still differ profoundly in physical law or structural quality. Another could possess three entirely different dimensions and be governed by something other than time. Still others may involve more dimensions, fewer stable constraints, or forms of relation for which our language has no adequate translation.
So what differs may not be the universe itself.
What differs may be the mode of manifestation.
2. One universe, many manifestations
The deeper universe, in this view, is not divided into disconnected worlds like boxes on a shelf. It is one foundational reality whose building blocks can appear under many different dimensional and causal conditions.
That means our 3D+time reality is not the whole of existence, but neither is it foreign to the whole. It is one expression of the same underlying reality.
This allows a stronger and more elegant principle:
One universe, many manifestations.
Different realities may be distinct ways in which one underlying universe becomes structured, coherent, and experienceable.
This also preserves continuity with the earlier C-Axiom article. The speed of light remains fundamental to our manifestation, but it does not need to govern all other manifestations in the same way. Other realities of the same universe may possess different coherence laws because they express the deeper whole through different dimensional conditions.
3. Before chaos
But if there is one universe, its unity must have a first basis.
Chaos cannot be that basis.
Chaos is already something. It already implies potential, tension, relation, and the possibility of transformation. Even disorder is still a condition of being. So if one asks what came before chaos, one must move deeper still.
Before chaos, there was nullity.
Not emptiness in the ordinary sense, because emptiness still suggests a space.
Not darkness, because darkness is already a mode of presence.
Not silence, because silence still implies the possibility of sound.
Nullity means absolute zero:
- no energy
- no matter
- no law
- no time
- no distinction
- no possibility
- no becoming
A true 0.
And from such nullity, nothing external could act, because there was no externality. Nothing could “happen” by ordinary mechanism, because mechanism itself did not exist.
That is why the beginning of existence cannot be explained as a rearrangement of preexisting substance. The first event must be something more fundamental than cosmic construction.
4. The Creator birthed Himself from nullity
The central claim of this article is therefore this:
The Creator birthed Himself from nullity.
He was not created, because creation would require a prior cause greater than the first cause. He was not merely found, because there was no field in which He could be found. He did not arise from preexisting energy, because energy did not yet exist.
He birthed Himself from nullity.
This is not biological birth. It is primordial self-arising. It is the first break in zero, the first distinction, the first active being.
That self-birth is the true beginning.
It is prior to matter, prior to energy, prior even to chaos.
5. In that first self-birth, Law was born
The Creator’s self-birth was not only the beginning of being. It was also the birth of Law.
This is crucial.
Law did not emerge from matter.
Law did not emerge from energy.
Law did not emerge from the evolution of a universe already in motion.
Rather, Law was born with the Creator’s self-birth. Law is therefore older than energy, older than matter, older than chaos.
That means the first creation was not the world itself, but the possibility of world.
A concise formulation would be:
The Creator birthed Himself from nullity. In that first self-birth, Law was born.
From this follows a profound reversal of ordinary material thinking. Energy does not produce law. Law, in its highest origin, makes energy possible.
6. Law and the birth of energy
If nullity contained no energy, then energy could not have existed eternally alongside the Creator’s act. It had to become possible only after Law entered being.
This leads to a sequence:
Nullity → Creator’s self-birth → Law → Energy → Chaos / potential → structured universe
In this order, chaos is no longer the first source. Chaos becomes a later condition made possible by lawful being and energetic possibility.
That makes the universe intelligible as something born not from blind disorder, but from the lawful breaking of absolute zero.
7. Why the universe is one
Now we arrive at the answer.
Why one universe?
Because the Creator’s self-birth from nullity was not a local event. It was total. It was not the birth of one region among many. It was the end of nullity itself as the ruling condition.
Once the Creator birthed Himself, nullity was no longer nullity in the absolute sense. Law existed. Being existed. The zero-state had been broken.
And if nullity had been broken once, it was no longer available as an untouched source from which many wholly independent universes could arise separately.
This is the central principle:
Nullity can be broken only once. Therefore true origin can be only one.
That is why there may be many realities, but not many absolutely separate origins.
There may be many manifestations.
There may be many dimensional orders.
There may be many forms of lawful existence.
But they all belong to the one universe opened when the Creator birthed Himself from nullity and Law replaced zero.
8. Many realities without many origins
This framework allows enormous richness without metaphysical fragmentation.
One may speak of realities with:
- three dimensions and time
- three dimensions and a different temporal principle
- dimensions unlike our own altogether
- ordering relations other than time
- more dimensions and other kinds of coherence
Yet none of these need be separate universes.
They may all be manifestations of one universe under different lawful conditions.
This is an important distinction. It means that diversity of realities does not destroy unity of origin. On the contrary, unity of origin may be what makes lawful diversity possible at all.
9. Relation to the C-Axiom
This article also clarifies the earlier C-Axiom.
If our 3D+time reality is one manifestation among others, then the speed of light remains the local coherence limit of our manifestation, not necessarily the universal rule of every manifestation of the deeper whole.
Thus:
- the C-Axiom explains how our reality remains coherent
- this article explains why there is one deeper universe capable of many coherent manifestations
Together they form a more complete vision:
our world is one lawful manifestation of a deeper multidimensional universe, and that deeper universe is one because its origin lies in the Creator’s singular self-birth from nullity.
Conclusion
There is one universe because origin happened only once.
Before chaos there was nullity. From nullity the Creator birthed Himself. In that first self-birth, Law was born. From Law came energy, from energy came the conditions of becoming, and from becoming came worlds, dimensions, and manifestations.
Reality may therefore be many in appearance without being many in origin.
There may be many manifestations, many dimensional orders, and many lawful ways for existence to appear.
But there is one universe, because nullity was broken only once.
And everything that exists belongs to the one lawful reality opened by that first self-birth of the Creator from zero.
